Director of Recruitment Compliance and Sales Engineering
David Scheffler leads the recruitment compliance practice and the sales engineering function for HRworks. In these roles he works closely with HRworks clients to develop and guide the functional and technical specifications for each project in order to ensure on-time delivery of top-quality candidates. Scheffler collaborates with clients to create customized strategies to meet targeted business and recruitment goals, sharing his expertise in customer-centric and solution-selling methodologies, recruitment technology, vendor management systems and EEO/Affirmative Action solutions. Clients include: The Home Depot, HP, FedEx Ground, Nokia, Starbucks, IQ Business Group, National City, ADP and Levitz. Scheffler specializes in many areas of recruitment governance, including Affirmative Action compliance, and adds significant value to HRworks clients, ensuring that they are in compliance with recruitment regulations. He also has expertise in Military recruitment, and is a key contributor to expanding HRworks' Military recruitment initiative. Scheffler has more than 10 years of experience in the Human Resources sector, including eight years working with Affirmative Action solutions for Fortune 100 companies. He is a former team lead and pre-sales consultant for Peopleclick, and former manager of pre-sales engineers for Criterion, where he developed solutions for vendor management, Affirmative Action, succession and workforce planning for Fortune 100 clients. Scheffler graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Science degree. He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and speaks regularly on the subject of the U.S. Labor Department's Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs' (OFCCP) new regulations. |
