As a senior consultant, Gross leads HRworks' experienced team of project managers and sourcing managers. Project managers act as the client's single point of contact during each project, while sourcing managers lead HRworks' internal team of recruiters and support. He ensures that HRworks builds strategic partnerships with internal and external clients to deliver unsurpassed quality and client service.

Gross has successfully directed and implemented a variety of recruitment initiatives for various clients across many functional areas. These include high-volume recruitment initiatives such as Leadership Programs, retail projects and IT teams in the United States and abroad. He is instrumental in strategy and execution of the initiatives inclusive of Military and Diversity recruitment. Additionally, Gross partners closely with HRworks' clients in their high-level executive search needs. He has intimate knowledge of a variety of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), including Taleo, Brassring and Peopleclick.

Gross has 10 years of experience in the recruitment industry. Prior to joining HRworks, he managed the Atlanta branch of Hall Kinion, a $350 million placement firm in San Jose, Calif. He also worked for Paragon Computer Professionals in Cranford, NJ as an account manager concentrating on client management.
