Managing Director

Sara Robbins joined HRworks as managing director and partner in 1999. Robbins oversees all company operations, guiding day-to-day activities to ensure that HRworks' recruiters are the best in the business and that clients receive the highest standard of quality and service. In addition, she acts as a strategic partner to help industry-leading clients build their businesses.

Her consulting expertise includes developing strategies for military recruitment, assisting with private equity reorganizations and start-ups, as well as providing OFCCP-compliant solutions. Robbins' clients include: The Home Depot, Nokia, Deloitte, ACNielsen, Starbucks, FedEx Ground, National City, Kenneth Cole and Solvay Pharmaceuticals.

Robbins has more than 20 years of Human Resources experience. Robbins is former director of human resources for Ann Taylor and Ann Taylor Loft, and former vice president of human resources for Littman Jewelers. She also oversaw college recruitment, executive recruitment and development and in-store human resources for Macy's.

Robbins holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Urban Studies from Georgia State University. She is also a member of the Hadassah Leadership Academy (HLA).
